Comcast/Xfinity is no longer my internet provider but you generously offered to let me keep my email address, using your server, whitch I accepted (thank you very much). Unfortunately, my email service has been terrible for the last two weeks.
I get email only sporadically—then I get a bunch, but only through the subject line. There is no content shown, only the “loading” symbol. Eventually (on the emails I try to open) they will come through, but sometimes it is a day later.
I have considered coming back to Com/Xfinity because of your higher speeds, but this is really not acceptable.
This is the third time I have contacted you about this problem.
