Going through this now. I ordered an iPhone on 12/4 and received a back order email that it would be shipped 12/18. This didn’t happen. I texted and called customer service which was a waste of time because they seem to know even less than I do. I honestly think they just sit there in silence for a few minutes to pretend like they’re doing something then they come back and tell you to wait 48 hours. I already purchased a phone from these people back in August and the experience was pretty much the same. I like the price of monthly plans, but I think they need to get out of the phone selling business because they are terrifically bad at it.
