I pulled up your account & looked into some of the app activity. I'd like to open a ticket on your behalf to get this issue addressed. A tech should reach out to you directly for troubleshooting.
Good morning. We are currently having an issue with our Xfinity Home server that the app connects to. Systems can still be armed and disarmed from the touchscreen in the home, but the app will not currently allow some users to login. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we work through this trouble.

I pulled up your account & updated the ID associated with the email address on the Xfinity Home account. Can you please try signing into the Xfinity Home app again & let me know if you are successful?

Thanks for reaching out. We are looking into adding Works with Xfinity Home devices to the Touch Screen as a feature, but do not have a timeline on when this might be available. We appreciate the feedback!
