since last week my home app will not work on my samsung galaxy 7. i have talked to a comcast tech for over 30 min. went to comcast and my phone store. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app plus multiple web browsers. my app cont to say a web browser must be installed...what can i do..

After last nights Xfinity Home app update, app doesn't open on Iphone. Just keeps crashing. iOS 10.3.3
The xfinity home app crashes when I try to open it on my iPad. My iPad has the latest update installed.
Thank you for such a prompt reply! I just installed the update- evidently it hadn't been pushed through yet when I posted last night. It works perfectly now. A big thank you to the techs and engineers behind the scene who fixed this issue too.
when I tap the app it says "restart app", "close app' or "send report". I un-installed, re-installed several times today (3/1318), but no luck. It worked totally fine yesterday (and for the last several years). HELP!

We’ve been able to restore service. If you’re still experiencing issues, please PM me, but we expect that users will regain functionality. We’re continuing to work the issue and will post an update if we encounter additional service interruptions.
The latest update from 1/23/18 to the Home app crashes when I access the cameras, it worked perfectly for years before that. I'm on iOS 9.3.5 which currently is the latest version for my iPad. The new version states it needs iOS 10 or later. Any way to get the older version back, or fix the new version?
wwhen I try to connect to the home portal through the mobile app or even the web portal. I am told to have the primary user grant me access. I am the primary user.
Any ideas what is going on?
When I had my Galaxy S5, I had no problem with the cameras streaming on my phone. Alas, it died last month, so I now have a new phone (a Galaxy J3 2017). While I have no problem signing in and getting an initial camera view, it will not stream and quits within a few seconds. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. Help would be appreciated.
