I am unable to edit call to verify/notify numbers in the portal. Curently have to go to previous version of page to edit information.
All of a sudden I cannot login to the web portal. I am absolutely sure that I have correct username and password. What is going on comcast? I have tried all browsers and several computer systems from several different network locations.
Chrome, Firefox, and IE11 all give the following error message:
Warning: Page has Expired. Please go back to the page you came from and try again. Error reference: PXE98EGP
This happens even after I clear my web page cache and clear all history, cookies, etc.
Please help! My family was counting on this system to monitor my grandmother who has alzheimers. The cameras, door sensors, and thermostat, were all very useful. But now nothing is working and Comcast can provide no explanation of what is happening or how long I may have to wait to get my service restored.
I am still unable to access the comcast web portal to monitor and control my home. Yesterday for several minutes it looked like the problem was partially fixed. Now after more than 3 days I cannot get to the website at all. I just get error message that page has expired or else I get the following message:
What is going on and when will the comcast website portal be working again?
Thanks ComcastRachelH for the information. The web portal does seem to be online and working fine today since this morning. My family has told me that they successfully logged in several times and the website automation interfaces (old and new) are now working. However, it looks like all the previously saved photos and video clips are lost and no longer available for viewing or download. I sure hope that the engineers learned some important lessons from this terrible outage. Maybe better software testing, better hardware redundancy, or just better engineers are needed. So far it looks like I am finally back online and happy to have my home security/control system working again after being down for 3 days.
Hi, under my account settings I have set up a secondary user account with Xfinity Home access permissions - bit when I try to log in to the Xfinity Home online portal or web app with this user ID and password, it does not give me access.
Has anyone successfully set up a secondary user with Xfinity Home access ?
