Hi Platcha -- I can help you redeem your coupon. Here is how you do that:
Click the Activate Your Coupon button in the email that was sent to you or visit the XFINITY microsite at http://my.xfinity.com/coupon if you received a letter in the mail.
Click the Sign In button, then sign in using your XFINITY username and password.
Click Begin Activation.
Determine how you would like to use your coupon. The option to apply your coupon to an XFINITY On Demand rental or purchase will be pre-selected. If you wish to use your coupon as a credit on your bill, click Select a different way to apply your coupon, then click the radio button next to Apply as a credit to your monthly bill. After you've made your selection, click Activate.
Verify that the coupon has been applied to the appropriate location. If you select the rental/purchase credit option, you'll be presented with your current balance each time you sign in to http://my.xfinity.com/coupon, as well as the option to view your balance history.
Great! I removed your old modem from the system and rebooted the current one. You should now see the correct information. The security touchpad defaults under the TV section, not something that I can currently change. Please sign out and sign back in to your online account and let me know if issues are resolved.

I had the same problem about a month ago and could not pay my bill online (had to pay by phone call).
Comcast was doing something with a new email system, and when my new email was finished all of the browser freeze ups and not being able to login to my xfinity account went away. My internet service and TV have never been better.
Hang in there, I tried everything I could think of and nothing worked. I did report it to comcast. And one day my internet speed went way up and I had a neat new email.

Depending on the browser you are using, go into your settings or extensions and turn OFF and AdBlocking or PopUp Blocking. Close the browser and then reopen the browser and see if the issue has been remedied.
