I'm accessing the MY Account
screen page from the forums, using an up to date Chrome browser on a pc.. and was able to get the full screen showing only one of my TVs and my internet connection.
What method are you using?
And I do agree, The "My Account" page is totally messed up!!

In case anyone else ever has this issue. I spent over an hour today in a chat session with Comcast. After figuring out my old account no longer had a username attached to it (most likely due to me using the same email address when I set up the second account), I was given the option of creating a new username (using a different email address) in order to access the account online or just pay the bill through chat. Since this should be my last bill, I am disconnecting this service in about a week, I chose to just pay through chat. Surprisingly they did email the same old email address with the payment receipt.
How do you access the webpage you get with the Comcast internet service? I know a couple years ago there was a web interface to make your own webpage. Has this feature been removed from the Comcast account?
All personal web pages were removed about 1 1/2 years ago.... That option is no longer available with the internet service.

Please ensure that your flash player is up-to-date, you are directly connected to the modem with an Ethernet cable, and ensure you are using the correct URL: http://speedtest.xfinity.com/
These three things will ensure that you are able to get the most accurate speed test information.
