People who don't have a cell phone, or prefer not to use one can use an alternate email address instead. During the 2-factor setup process, they should be prompted at one point to choose one or the other. You can't use the same phone # or email on more than one Comcast account for a reason; if one of them is compromised and all are using the same information, they are then all at risk.
So recently, I was on my email via the webmail and I realized that Xfinity had a calling service. So I was kind of checking it out and looking at the rates and where I can call. I usually call to Japan because I have relatives there so that was a thing that I was concerned about: international calling. I went to https://www.xfinity.com/learn/home-phone-services and under "Features that fit your life", then the tab that said "Calling Abroad", then "Learn about international calling". After I clicked the hyperlink, this error message came up with this page that said "Whoops! We couldn't find your page." and this dog with his head stuck in a bucket.
If the webpage has been moved, can anyone please tell me where?

You should limit only one other person to access and authorize things on your account.
You need to call Comcast in order to add another authorized person. 1-800-COMCAST

If you do not see the "Avatar" tab it is most likely because you do not have the correct permissions yet. In order to get access to modifying your avatar you must participate in the forum. Welcome_to_Post was correct when they stated it requires 20 posts.
