Hi CanukGuy -- I can help with that On Demand issue. I reviewed your account and looks like we didn't have it coded for CableCard use. I've updated this coding and refreshed all CableCard entitlements. Can you see if On Demand is working now?
After 3 days, its fixed. First messasge from a Comcast Employee through this forum and its working.
Now, on the flip side I spent over 3 hours on the phone with at least 4 different people at Comcast who told me 1) everything looks ok - reboot your Tivo; 2) there is a reported outage in your area for VOD, 3) do you want a table top box from Xfinity, 4) etc....
I would really like to know of a comcast telephone number to call to get to people who can actually fix problems and not just read scripts.
I want to block movies or channels that are not free. Because my parents who are older accidentally purchase movies. Is there a way to block movies ?
