NBC's Reverie episode 4: the picture and audio is skipping/freezing/cutting in and out/jumping...
While viewing from the cable On Demand server (I am a non-X1, SD customer), the content starts fine but then from ~2 minutes to ~4 minutes, it is unwatchable. That time span covers some show content and half of the first commercial break. It seems things are normal after that, but I have not watched the rest of the episode as the introduction to the story's premise is unintelligible.
Please reload the uncorrupted content.
The season finale (seaon 3, episode 22) of "Blindspot" (NBC) is missing, both in HD and SD.
Air date: 05/18/2018.
Episode title: "In Memory".
Please have it (re-)uploaded to the servers. Thank you in advance.
(p.s. - I think this may have been an Xfinity problem since a couple of ABC shows that also would normally have also appeared the same date this one would normally have appeared, did not do so until several days later.... and I hope that sentence makes sense!)
CactusThorn, apologies for the inconvenience, but there was an issues with how that episode was encoded when we received it from the network. The episode will be deleted and brought in again usually with the same title. Thank you for your patience while we work to make the necessary corrections.
I have not been able to watch Demand for a month now. Every time I try to access it, a message appears on the screen that says "Failed to contact the On-Demand server. Please call Customer Service for assistance
(CL-0x000f). " I spoke to a robot and was told to check my tv box. That didn't work.
How can I get the On-Demand Server to function again.
Hi hbeaty, I could not have explain this better. The information that (cswint05) provided is correct. Please check your cables and make sure everything is fastened tight, then reboot your cable box by unplugging it for 10-20 seconds. If you still get this error feel free to reach back out to me here.
In the last 2 weeks I have found 4 different shows (different networks) listed under HD headings. The shows were also listed HD widesceen.
In all cases there were horrizontal bars with a 480p picture. What is going on? A coding problem in the Comcast computer? Or something else?
I guess Comcast and the show's owners, or Network just want to blame each other, or just plain ignore the problem.
It seems to be happening more each day, so the answer must be: "Nothings going to change".
Freeform's Siren season 1, episode 9 is missing from cable On Demand. Interesting, in that Siren was a featured show in the On Demand menu over the last few days. The content has been loaded to Xfinity Stream. Please work with Freeform to correct this oversight.
The CW's iZombie season 4, episode 11 in SD is missing from cable On Demand; the HD content is available.
