heard Comcast has computer repair service?

Had a repairman come to our house to check modem and outside lines because for the past 2 weeks our phone & isp kept disconnecting but our cable was still on. Finally a tech supervisor claimed it was our modem. The repairman said theypre updating to fiberoptics. While the repairman was here he noticed how slow our computer was connecting online and recommended to check for spyware. I complained that McAfee doesn't find any viruses or spyware but one time we got a virus so i had to contact McAfee. Going online I had to have a virtual technician authorized to connect to my computer to fix my computer. The Comcast repairman said that Comcast was offering this service too. I do not see any information online about it. He said it cost $10 / month instead of having to disconnect the computer and bringing it to a repair shop. How can I find out more about this computer repair service being offered by Comcast?

If it is true, it will probably be the worst $10 per month you've ever spent.

 

Firedog and Geek Squad are bad enough and that's their primary business, I can only imagine one of the "reboot your modem" phone reps doing PC support.

really i havent seen any help here i got more help on the mlgpro.com forums in 2 minutes then i did here in 4 months
