continues ping: request timed out

continues ping: request timed out

Wondering if anyone is also experiencing high lags in latency every 20~30 seconds <1000ms then goes back to roughly 51~53ms.  I've run a continuous ping and every 15~20 packets I get a request timed out.

 

Any suggestions would be great in assisting me.

What does a trace to one of the sites show? In Windows, open a Command Prompt window, enter

    tracert -4 sitename

and post the output.
