a new Roku express plus will not connect to my xfinity gateway.
After the holidays I got myself a new Roku express plus. I have tried multiple times to get it to work but usually end of with a blank screen or a screen with poor signal-eg: white lines. The Roku people say that it is not connectng. I have tried connecting it through my computer, alon to very miniale (but plugged in), changing the firewall on my gateway to minimal. Is there any way to access the type of security on the gateway: WPA/WPA2/WEP etc.? Mybe this is blocing the signal
