I connected my new wireless modem to my laptop and it works but says no wireless connection available. When I go to the set up wireless it does not show any wireless connections and I try to enter the zoom one.

My Toshiba laptop is getting older and maybe the wireless thing doesn't work. Is there a way to test it? Or any one have any idea what I can do?

Zoom modem is not wireless.  You will have to get a wireless modem.

FWIW, that really depends on the model number which they haven't mentioned. Zoom does have a combo modem / wireless router gateway device.
