My wifi pass suddenly stopped working. As i need this for work and study this is imperative that i have connection. Ive spent multiple hours on the phone with support and they did nothing to help. Im at the point that ide rather almost just have my money refunded and i will just go with a more reliable internet service. I have full bars so i know the intenet is strong where i live but i have the yellow sign that says no connection. When trying to hop on it doesnt even send me to the xfinitywifi sign in screen now. How is it half way through my pass duration it suddenly shuts down. Again i need this for work and this is already costing me money. I need a resolution or refund ASAP.
