WiFi Protected Setup (WPS) won't enable

I been trying to enable it with the WPN buttion and online admin tool with little to no luck.Everytime I hit enable and autoly switches back to disable.

I can't tell you how to fix it, sorry. Probably a firmware glitch. FWIW, it is better to leave it disabled anyway as it is a potential security vulnerability;

pretty much I bought a wifi range extender for nothing if I can't use the WPS.

I don't see anything on my Mange wireless network list and my Desktop is not wireless just my tablet which runs on andriod and this wifi range ext.I also try wired on the wifi range ext to see if something will show up like anywhere new.
