Western Mass outage

Cable has been completely out for over 24 hours.  All I can find out id that "there's an active outage" and that there's no etr.  Can anyone give more info?  This is specifically in Granby, MA 01033

We are experiencing many outages due to the recent weather. We are working as quickly as possible in the safest manner for our employees in customers. Many roads are not accessible due to power lines down and unplowed snow. We will continue to work around the clock to restore services to all of our customers as soon as possible.
