Weird SNR Issues after eastcoast windstorm

So twitter reps DM'd me saying damage equipment in the area and such but can't give me an ETA or tell me what all is being worked on. However this actually seems really odd to me in general any idea what could becausing this? It's only these two frequencies. Other thing that's been going on is usually my upstream is sitting at around 42-45 SNR every since last friday it's been at 50-54. There was a mass outage and several businesses in the area have been losing business class internet (I manage one of the businesses) as well as occasionaly our television service becomes distorted and sound garbled.  Honestly just trying to find out roughly how long I should be expecting this to be ongoing since no one has been able to give me more information than. Some techs I haven't seen are working, and have been since a week ago.
