Sonos Wireless Speakers:

  • If you have an XFINITY wireless gateway model Arris TG852G or TG862G (shown on the front of the gateway towards the bottom), your Sonos speaker(s) may be unable to recognize your in-home WiFi network name, also called an SSID. If you are unsuccessful at connecting your Sonos to your WiFi, give us a call at 1-800-XFINITY. We want to ensure you’re able to stream your music or TV experience over your in-home WiFi.

Sony PlayStation 4 (PS4):

  • If you have an XFINITY wireless gateway model Arris TG852G or TG862G, we recommend that you hard-wire your connection to your Sony PS4. Using an Ethernet connection will ensure optimal internet speed, which is especially important when gaming. If hard-wiring is not an option or does not enhance game play, give us a call at 1-800-XFINITY – we’re here to help.
