I ran a speed test at the Comcast Site and here are the results.http://results.speedtest.comcast.net/result/78632752.png. 1.42mpps is slow. If this is your good speed I can save money by signing up with a phone modem and get near the same results. I just moved here from Sturgis and there I was getting near 20 Mpps. On Comcast it takes about 15 minutes to download a 60 Mb file. I have always liked comcast but I would think there speed would be faster

Are you subscribed to the Economy/1.5Mbps down tier ? If not, they may have pushed an incorrect bootfile to your modem. You can call in to confirm. What is your upload speed ?
