STOP REBOOTING MY MODEM!!!!

It's really annoying Xfinity when you reboot my modem right in the middle of me working and then I loose all my work. you just rebooted my modem 2x in the last 30 minutes and I've lost my work both times, the first time was 2 hours of work and the second time was 15 minutes. It would be really nice if you would STOP trying to be Microsoft and push your freaking updates down to my modem. I'm sure the updates were important but this really irritates me when Ican't control these types of udpates or defer them to when I want them done.
