Re: Information Requested

Fot the past 2 weeks my connection has been dropping many times per day down to 1mb to 8 mb , it is now at 33 mb. Since I started the service a few months ago , I have had no issues and got 80 to 115 down speeds. I pay for 100 down with blast . Requested info below:

UP = 12 D=33

Power = 6dbmv downstream

Power= 45 dbmv upstream

SNR = 38db

uSNR = Unknown

Make Model of Modem: Motorolla SB6121

Router: Google WiFi Mesh

Comcast : Online Chat with Rochelle , did some tests and said she sent refresh signal. Could take an hour. Reach out again if not fixed. It did go up from 3mbps to 33 , but the normal rance is 90 to 115 down , payfor 100mb with blast.

Modem Lights :
Top and “globe” Green , Rest Blue , bottom flashing

Re: Information Requested

You're testing speeds directly connected to the modem via ethernet?

I've asked an employee to check the CMTS for real-time and historical RF signal reports from your modem. They can also check your local node/plant for any degradation or error reports. You can expect a reply in this thread.
