Re: DNS Issues with Roku Netflix Player

[ Edited ]

when you say you updated the router to a beta version, what does that mean and how do you do it?

if i use a belkin router, my roku cannot connect to internet. if i don't use the router, then roku cannot connect to local network.

thanks

Re: DNS Issues with Roku Netflix Player

You will have to be more specific.  What exact cable modem?  What exact router? How is the router configured, exactly? How is the Roku configured? Are you using a wired or wireless connection?  We need exact settings on all devices, don't skip any or generalize.
