Poor connection

Poor connection

We have had a poor connection at our house for some time now. Every time we contact Comcast support they send the "signals" and claim everything is better. We even had a tech out that could not find anything wrong. I need answers as this is very frustrating. We even went and bought our own equipment hoping that it would solve things.

 

Doing a tracert these are my results:
