The ssid name and network key should be on a label on the bottom of the gateway. You can always log in to the gateway at http://10.0.0.1 user id is admin password is password to change it to something of your choice.

The default user id, password and IP address should be on a sticker on the back or bottom of the device.

If not, start a new thread of your own with the model number of the router or google for the word default along with the Make and model of your router.

Then depress the reset switch to reset the router to factory defaults and then use the info from the sticket or the google search to log in and reconfigure with a unique SSID, wifi passphrase, UID and PW
