I'm using a VOIP and experiencing intermittent packet loss starting at 8AM and throughout the day. Customers complain that I keep fading in and out. This is not acceptable since I work from home every day. This behavior started three days ago.
Troubleshooting steps have outnumbered the amount of time I've spent with this problem. What is going on in the Chamblee/Brookhaven area during the day that has changed?
Additionally, at night now I'm getting buffering during playback on streaming video.
