Network not connecting to Desktop

my network isn't an option to connect to on my computer, but is on & my tablet is connected, only my Xfinity guest network is available. Bill is paid. I have restarted everything. What's wrong??

Look at the bottom of your device. You should find your network name (SSID) and password located on a label. Do you see that network on any of your devices?


If you don't, factory reset your device (press the button on the pinhole in the back for 15 seconds or so.) You'll lose any custom settings. 


If you still don't see your WiFi network on any devices, it may be time to consider swapping the device for a new one. Smiley Sad
