I'm setting up a Nabi 2 for my child. I need to find a wi-fi network and password, and I don't know how.  I have the router on my desk in front of me right now if you need any id numbers.

You should be able to find the information you need to get the nabi set up at this link. If what you need is to turn on your routers wifi and set up wireless access for the nabi (Make sure it has wifi support) you can google "how to set up wifi" + your routers model number.

You said that you have a SBV5220 Cable Modem. You will need either to add a wireless router or replace the modem with a combo modem/router (aka gateway). The SBV5220 has no way by itself to do what you want to do.

I am on the phone with the wireless gateway support now.  I want to thank you for your help.  If I don't find a solution, I'll post again.  (Obviously, I not tech savvy, yet.  Smiley Happy

The SBV5220 was end of life in Oct 2010, contact Comcast support to arrange to get it replaced with a current model to take advantage of channel bonding.  It will not give full speeds for Blast! users.
