Modem status is online on xfinity website, but can't connect to the internet?
So yesterday my wireless gateway (CISCO DPC3941T) stopped being able to connect to the internet, despite showing as online on the xfinity website, and I can even change the wireless SSID and password via the website, but my wireless and wired devices still cannot connect to the internet! Multiple resets and even a factory reset of the gateway have not fixed the issue. I'd understand no internet if there was a foul up somewhere along the line, but that'sobviously not the problem since myself and the chat rep can still see the gateway as online and make changes to it! The unit was manufactured in March '17.
