Loss of service

Does anyone else have a sporadic problem with loss of network and phone service?  This has happened 3 times in 6 months where I am on network or phone and I suddenly lose service, just goes dead.  Xfinity router resets itself and in 10 minutes or so all is back and running.  This does not effect TV Cable service.  I have similar issues with that but does not effect network.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here or here

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
