Internet constantly disconnecting

My Internet keeps disconnecting. i have replaced the modem, coax cable, router, all with new stuff and I even had a pc directly connected to the modem. Still, it will disconnect randomly every hour or so. I called comcast, they sent a tech over, the tech played around with his cell phone and said nothing was wrong and left. I own my own modem and the tech mentioned this. He made it sound like it was my fault. Im still having problems. Attached is a screenshot from my modem's connection tab. I'm stuck and any help is greatly appreciated. The comcast tech obviously isn't interested in helping at all.

Hi @tutmose,

Your power levels are fine, but it looks like you may have a noise issue. Your error log confirms your disconnection problems. Since you've already had a tech visit...

 

I've asked an employee to check the CMTS for real-time and historical RF signal reports from your modem. They can also check your local node/plant for any degradation or error reports. You can expect a reply in this thread.
