Internet connection goes in and out constantly

My internet connection goes in and out constantly.  This happens on both my computer that is connected to the modem as well as the one that is connected via wireless connection. This also causes my VOIP phone to shut down and turn back on constantly. The VOIP is connected directly to the modem. I think I need a new modem. Does anyone else have this problem?

What voip service are you using?

What Make and Model numbers of your Modem and Router?

 

If you CLICK HERE it should browse into your modem. Then you can navigate to your Signals page.  Once thereyou cah highlight the information and copy and paste it back here in your thread.

We are interested inup stream power and downstream power and signal to noise ratio.

I have the comcast triple play

for phone internet and cable

 

i was using the aris modem for internet and phone

now i am using the zoom cable modem model 5341

 

the routers i have linksys wrt300n (in use now)

the other is netgear wnr2000 which i used for about 12 hours to test with the same results
