In preparation for the severe weather in Middle Tennessee, we activated emergency plans throughout this weekend and remain focused on providing continuous service for customers while keeping service disruptions to a minimum. In addition to these precautionary steps, we are in close contact with local officials to continually assess and monitor the ongoing weather situation and are prepared to immediately implement an alternate service delivery plan should the need arise. As a precautionary measure, authorities with Metro Nashville required mandatory evacuation of our Metro Center offices, located at 660 Mainstream Drive in Nashville. This office will remain closed until authorities declare the area safe. As a result, dispatch and technical employees have been reassigned to another local Comcast office nearby. The Comcast Cable Store in Metro Center will remain closed until the area is declared safe. Customers can continue to contact Comcast at 1-800-COMCAST or through Comcast's live chat option at www.comcast.com. We appreciate our customers' patience and understanding as we weather this storm together.
