Extreme internet speeds 250

I just got the extreme internet and it seems like the download speeds are the same shouldn't it be higher

Under the "Advanced" settings, try testing again using the IPv4 protocol.

If that is with a WiFi connection, what do you get with a computer (with a gigabit ethernet adapter) that is hardwired directly to the XB3 with a cat5e ethernet cable ?
