I just got this thing and was wondering how to disable the wireless antenna on this thing? I looked through the admin console already, but only thing I can do is disable the broadcast, not the actual signal. I can also change the wifi name and password too.

I called comcast, but level 1 support said they cannot do this. Anyone have any luck? I already have a much better wifi access point that I prefer to use and rather not have interference from this thing.

Any help would be appreciated!

They can put it into bridge mode, but they told me they cannot turn the wireless signal off.

Hmmm... It's been my understanding that bridging the device does both ?

If so, they didn't do it correctly.
