back story; my internet was horribly unstable, so I changed my modem to old modem, to see if it's modem's problem.
Just to be clear: current modem : SB6141 and the old modem : SB6121
and I activated SB6121 on xfinity.com/activate, then I wanted to go back to my SB6141 again, but I couldn't access xfinity.com/activate with SB6141.
I had a live chat session to activate SB6141, he told me there's an error. SB6141 is already in use, but doesn't show in account. Customer call service told me same thing. I was waiting 40mins+ for Advanced team on the phone, but couldn't reach them.
Is this because I deactivated my SB6141 4 hours ago? Do I need to wait more?
