Daily Outages - South Jersey Mount Ephraim

Seems to be consistantly around midnight. Is anyone else having problems? In the past it has always been comcasts issues but right now Im questioning my modem / router. Ive had a modem go bad on me one time and it seemed to have the same failure pattern.

While I appreciate your reply Cajun, I am merely interested in finding out if other people in my area are having similar issues.

 

I have no intention of taking the time to troubleshoot a service I pay for and I am jaded by the fact that more often than not after getting through the first tier CS people the 2nd usualy end up (100% of he time) telling me there is a problem in my area.

 

Im tired of being told to reboot my modem and router, and tired of the blank stares on the other end when I explain that I dont use windows.

 

Please do not lock this thread.
