Comcast Internet Reliability

Comcast - I work out of my home and it never fails.  Weekly, I loose service for about 5 minutes during the day.  I was thinking about switching my phone service from Verizon, however, my home security alarm needs 100% reliability.  I don't think you can provide that, can you?  What is everyone else experiencing?  Bob

i have great service

phone is  seperated from internet so if internet has issue phone will not.

my phone works at 100% all the time.

 

post signals from modem click this link
let see why you lose internet.

Jo - Thanks for responding.  You bring up an interesting point.  If you're experiencing internet issues, you don't have the same issues on your phone service?  OK - that's encouraging.  Thanks again - Bob
