Cannot access router website

Hello. I am trying to port forward again (I have already done this once with one program about 4 months ago) and I am having problems. I have found my IPv4 ( and my default gateway ( Now, I go to to login, and it gives me a login and password section. I didn't change the login information, so I type in "admin" and "password". I click login, and it continues, but right before the page loads, it redirects me back to the login page. If I enter the WRONG information for the login, it gives me a pop-up box saying "information incorrect", but this does NOT happen with the admin and password login. Could anyone help me? We have a SMCD3GNV router (http://www.smc.com/index.cfm?event=viewProduct&localeCode=EN_USA&cid=2&scid=19&pid=1715) any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
