Is my ARRIS TM502G modem compatible with Comcast's new high speed internet system?

Thanks

Not if you have the Blast speed tier (or the Extreme tier either) and it has been upgraded to 50 Mbps download in your area. You would need a DOCSIS 3 capable device in order to be able to get 50 Mbps.

Thanks. How do I ascertain if I have either the Blast speed tier or the Extreme tier?
