Re: What does a blinking green light with no service on one TV/digital box mean?

Comcast does not charge if the issue is outside or with their equipment.

Comcast may charge if the issue is with your inside coax cabling, fittings or splitters unless you pay for the wire maintenance service.  Just like your plumbing, electrical & inside phone wiring, the coax is owned by the home owner and can use Comcast or a local low voltage company to do repairs.

yea... you need a technician.....  to hook up 3 wires and charge you $40.

my light is blinking and the help desk can't fix it.

I can drive the box to comcast,

or they can send a tech out for $40.

Isn't this comcastic?

The blinking green light on the DTA means it has not been activated, or activation has failed.

Call Comcast support for assistance, they will help you get it activated.
