PACE PR150BNM HD

MY CABLE BOX IS SAYING ASTB NEEDS TO DOWNLOAD NEW SOFT WARE

I HAVE THIS BOX FOR ABOUT COUPLE OF MONTHS,  NOW ALSO SAYING WAITING FOR

SNMP TRIGGER  I HAVE TRIED UNPLUG TO REFRESS WITH CUSTOMER SEVICE WITH

NO LUCK CAN ANY ONE HELP WITH THIS WITH OUT SWAPPING BOX.

It's not nice to SHOUT.  Have you tried calling Comcast?

tried a few things,More and no luck set up trouble call  first date was 10-06-13
