No signal.......code S0a00

Good morning, since early this morning the tv's are showing : This channel sould be available shortly (all channels), code S0a00.

Please help.

I had that problem once before my self. Try disconnecting the power to the main box for approximately 10 seconds and then let it reset. usually this fixes the problem,if not you will have to call 800 number and they will re ping it for you
