Model No. DC50X

This unit Part No. B3748416000 is not working. I have tried it on two tvs. It worked when first installed but no longer. What can I do?

Re: Model No. DC50X

I just had two of these boxes stop connecting to the cable. One slightly after the other. I checked all the input cabling and have tried connecting the box where the working internet modem and the working TV tap out their signal. So far no luck. I thought at first it was low or lost signal, but it is appearing to be a problem with the comcast interface. Any ideas? I noticed there is a new digital box replacing this one. Has the protocol changed?

Re: Model No. DC50X

Call 1-800-COMCAST or take the box to the Comcast office for a replacement.
