DVR Clock did not update.

The clock on my Xfinity DVR did not adjust for  Daylight Savings Time. Can't find any manual override. Very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

The clock including daylight savings time is sent from the local or regional headend.  There are many reports of the same thing happening to others.

 

Contacting Comcast support and putting in a help ticket will get it routed to the proper group to get it corrected, and the more that report it the better.

the clock on my tv channel listing did not spring forward...and so my shows are not showing at the right time??? how can i set my clock to the right time??

We have two converter boxes, one with DVR and the other without.  The one without DVR did not update for daylight savings time last weekend.

Can you fix it?

Clock on DVR Box is still off by 1 hour due to DST.  How do you fix it?

Apologies for this issue.

 

Most issues with the weekend time change have been individual set top issues. In this situation, most times the cable box is not able to communicate back to the local headend to obtain the correct time and other updates. 

Please give us a call at 1-800-COMCAST to arrange to have someone out to your home to investigate your issue further. 

It could be an issue with your cable box or a signal issue to the specific cable box at your home. Thanks for your patience.

The lisiting on my DVR Manager are an hour off.  Why didn't they update for Daylight Saving Time?  How can I change this?
