Comcast remote cannot control my audio levels

I just purchased a Samsung HDTV, and an Insignia NS-SB212 Soundbar from Best Buy. The Best Buy installers were able to interface the Comcast remote to control the Samsung HDTV, but they were unable to get a code for the Insignia sound bar. Now I have to use the remote provided by Insignia to control my audio levels. What a hassle! Please tell me your Comcast remote can also control audio levels on the Insignia soundbar. I anxiously await a reply. Thank you.

It's possible that the remote will work.


Turn on TV

Press TV key on the remote;

Hold SETUP until TV key blinks twice;

Press "991"  (TV key will blink twice);

Press POWER;

If nothing happens, press TV, then press power. Repeat until TV turns off

When TV turns off, press the SETUP key to store the code.
