Hello, For a couple of days now I can't watch the shows I have recorded on my DVR. I get a message saying they aren't available. (Less than 50% of DVR space is being used). Also, my remote won't pause, fast forward or rewind live TV for a couple days either. The remote works otherwise (for power, volume, channels, etc - and I did change the batteries just for the sake of trying). What could be wrong? Thanks for any help!

Most of the time power cycling the DVR clears up issues like this.
Unplug the AC power for two minutes and power it up again.

Normally your recordings will still be there.

I usually keep up with my stuff but some other family members might be a little ticked if they lose theirs! Thanks again...I will try that tomorrow.
