Cable box Question.

If I might take a moment of your time.I have two boxes in my home for tv but only one of them is working.I've tried to unplug the second and reboot it with no result .It keeps saying that it will be available in a moment.How do I resolve this problem on my own with out a tech. visit.

Try calling comcast and sometimes they can reboot it from there and it will work.
