Xfinity tv iPad app

Received an email about special holiday movies and tv shows, but xfinity tells me I don't have app installed but I do have the latest app. What's up?

uninstall the app and reinstall it, delete cookies and clear cache.  remember you can only watch ondemand type shows and for premium content you have to be a subscriber.

Did all that still get safari page saying I need app

You shouldn't have to go through the Safari page at all to download and use the app unless you are checking your upcoming recordings through your iPad.

 

Try downloading the Xfinity TV App from the iTunes store
