DVR Manager

My DVR box is not recognised for use with DVR Manager

Is your DVR box new? If so, has it been longer than 24 hours since you connected the box?

No the DVR is not new. It is 3-4  years old; it's been reconnected (after 6 months' absence), about one month ago.

well what dvr box is it, it does not work with every one or every area.
