My iPhone is connected to home network. However, the xfi shows that it is not connected.? Can this be corrected?

Is the Comcast gateway in bridge mode?  Read through this website:

https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/wireless-gateway-enable-disable-bridge-mode

Is this issue with your connected phone not showing as a connected device in xFi persisting?
