Xfi connected devices not showing.

Xfi connected devices not showing.

The devices do not show. I really do not want to reset the device in order for this feature to work. I have quite a few devices to connect. Sometimes the app does not detect the internet even though I am connected. Please fix.

Hello maro80. 

 

I understand you do not want to reset the modem in order to get the xFi app working. However, if the device configuration settings are not set correctly, only a factory reset will re-align the device with our network so that your new devices will connect. 

 

Please try a Wireless Gateway Factory Reset and then sign out of the xFi app and then sign back in.

Thank you for your help.
It started to work a few days later without resetting. Will keep that in mind if it happens again.
