XFi stopped working

Last week Xfi started slowing down majorly. Now I get the upgrade screen whenever I start to login.

I can help troubleshoot your xFi issues. Can you please confirm whether or not you've made any changes to your equipment recently?

 

What type of device are you using to access the xFi app?
